Returns & Delivery 

Shipping 

We currently ship for Free only to the UK. We also ship to the outside of the UK at a delivery cost between £5.00-£10.00. This depends on the weight of the product you have ordered. Delivery to the UK take 2-5 working days. Orders for countries other than the UK will take 5-10 working days. 

Returns

We also accept return with a 15 day period from dispatch date. If you want to return one of your items please complete our contact form and a customer service agent will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Our customer service is mainly based online we also have an FAQ  & live chat on our website so you can use any these methods of contacting us. Please use only one o these methods as it will make it quicker for us to get back in touch with you. 

Returns are accepted if the product/item is damaged in which case you will have two options, 1: exchange, 2: full refund. We will also pay delivery on your behalf. If however the product you brought does not fit you please get in touch and we will ask for you to send back the item this may need to be paid by you but this may vary from case to case therefore please get in touch with us. Once your item gets to us we will send you an exchange of the right size of your choice or a different item and refund/charge the difference.

Any items received will be inspected by us before giving an exchange or refund as all items need to be in original and resellable condition (applies to clothing only). If this is not the case we will get in touch with you and a refund or exchange will be not be offered and items will be sent back.

(Please do not send back any items without contacting our support team as items can be lost and we will not hold responsibility.)

Cancellation

If you change your mind or do not want the item anymore. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible using our contact form.  You can also use our live chat and can expect to get a response within a few minutes. All your order information is passed on immediately to our dispatch team. You may have up to 1-2 hours to cancel your order if you ordered 12am to 1pm this cancellation period is longer if you ordered between 2pm - 11:30pm, after this cancellation period you may not be able to cancel your order and will need to return the item, which delivery will have to be paid by the buyer.  

Incorrect address or details 

We know mistakes can happen. It is your responsibility that you ensure and double-check that your address and details are correct. All orders are sent to the exact address provided to us. You will have an order summary sent to you via email and after you complete your order. please check this summary and ensure all the details are correct. If any detail are incorrect which will affect the arrival of your order please let us know as soon as possible via completing our contact form or our live chat on our website. You can expect a response in a few minutes. Most of the time we will fix the address details with not problem so long the order has not been dispatch. But if in a case the order has been already dispatch we will try our best to get in touch with the courier company. We, unfortunately, cannot reimburse your money. 

Shared addresses

If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and TruRyder will not cover for any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
